Getting Started

What do you mean by “Free Website”?

We provide free websites as part of our service by starting with one of our 20 professionally designed templates, selected to fit your industry and goals. Your package covers everything you need—domain, hosting, and any third-party tools—at no extra cost!

We handle all the technical work for you, so you can focus on running your business instead of learning web design or coding. If something does require your input, we’ll provide easy, step-by-step guides—and, depending on your service tier, one-on-one support to walk you through it.

Every client comes to us with a different starting point—some have a domain, some have hosting, and many already have a website. We always start by analyzing the state of your digital presence and determining exactly what’s needed. In full transparency, your plan already includes the value of domain, hosting, maintenance, and third-party services. If you already have those covered, we offer that value in the form of outreach or content on a case-by-case basis.

Plans & Payments

24-Month Plan & Ownership

We set up your website and included services right away, then continue to deliver everything from your plan each month for 24 months. To keep your site running smoothly and securely, we maintain full admin rights and ownership while giving you editor-level access until the 24 month period is over. This way, you can make updates without worrying about technical issues, and we can ensure everything stays consistent and protected. Once your plan is complete, full ownership and admin rights are transferred to you.

Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Just email us at

before the start of your next billing cycle, and we’ll adjust your plan moving forward.

Missed Payments
We understand life happens. That’s why we offer a one-month grace period for missed payments.

  • If payment still isn’t received by the second billing cycle,
    your account will be temporarily frozen until the balance is cleared.
  • After four missed cycles, your account will be closed
    and the unpaid balance may be sold to a collection agency.


We know circumstances can change. While many clients see their digital presence grow steadily over time, results can vary depending on the industry and competitiveness of the market. Our 24-month plans are designed to give you enough time to build and solidify your online presence — consistency is what makes the system work.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Refund Window

  • A 100% refund is available anytime before your website launches or our team begins updates.

Early Cancellation (Before 24 Months)

  • Cancellations after the refund window but before the end of the 24-month agreement are subject to a 30% fee of the remaining contract’s total value.

After 24 Months

  • Once you’ve completed one full 24-month cycle, you’re free to cancel at any time with no extra fees.
